On June 21, 2005, James Lloyd and Susan Lenox doing business as CHRISTIAN MEDIA NETWORK, working through legal council, have filed a Motion with the Jackson County Circuit Court in Medford Oregon, to EXCLUDE THE HOLY BIBLE from the $200,000 lawsuit which they filed against Linda Kristich on March 18, 2005, for Civil Defamation.
