Attorneys for Kenosha gunman Kyle Rittenhouse argued Friday he acted in self-defense and predicted the Illinois teen will be acquitted of the murder charges he faces in Wisconsin. Lawyers representing Mr. Rittenhouse in this week’s double homicide said in a lengthy statement their client “had no choice but to fire” when Tuesday’s deadly shooting took place. “He will become a symbol of the heroic individual American who at certain times in history must say: ‘Don’t Tread On Me’,” defense lawyer John M. Pierce added later on Twitter. Mr. Rittenhouse, 17, has been charged as an adult by Wisconsin prosecutors with...

U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- The video shows a timeline of the shootings during the Kenosha riots on 25 August 2020. In the video, there are two shooting sequences. Both appear to be cases of self-defense. The video identifies the rifleman as Kyle Rittenhouse. The first shooting happens as the rifleman is running away from pursuers, in the lot of an auto dealer. You can see him running and people pursuing. One is getting close enough to throw something [molotov cocktail] at him. About five seconds later, you hear shots being fired. A few seconds after the shots, you hear “he shot him”.The...

Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old kid who shot three rioters Tuesday night in Kenosha, Wisconsin, killing two of them, is an American hero. That’s an unpopular opinion among the Marxists trying desperately to remold our nation into a hellhole, of course. They’re putting in overtime painting him as Literally Hitler. The narrative is as you’d expect from the militant Left: Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old white minor (his race is very important to the narrative), drove across state lines with an illegally obtained AR-15 for the express purpose of scaring people and/or engaging in violence. Unfortunately for the Left and their propaganda machine,...

Another individual shot by Rittenhouse appears to have been carrying a handgun. A new video slowed down shows a man hitting the accused Rittenhouse with a skateboard after Rittenhouse fell down running from what perhaps was his first episode with a gun.

A federal jury in St. Paul awarded Ventura $1.8 million in 2014, but that verdict was overturned on appeal. While Ventura initially said he’d seek a new trial, there were signs in November that a settlement was forthcoming. Court documents filed Friday show the parties agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning Ventura cannot sue again on the same claim.

A federal appeals court has thrown out a $1.8 million judgment awarded to former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura, who says he was defamed in the late author Chris Kyle's bestselling book "American Sniper." The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday rejected the jury's 2014 award of $500,000 for defamation and $1.3 million for unjust enrichment against Kyle's estate. The court reversed the unjust-enrichment award, saying it fails as a matter of law. It also vacated the defamation award, but ordered a new trial for that portion of the case. Kyle, a Navy SEAL and the deadliest sniper in...
