A federal judge refused Friday to block the destruction of classified documents as part of the building cleanout at the U.S. Agency for International Development, finding that records slated for shredding or burning are old or no longer needed. The documents don’t appear to be related to the ongoing court battles over the near-dismantling of USAID by the Trump administration, U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols found as he refused to grant a temporary restraining order. A federal judge on Thursday temporarily extended his restraining order blocking the Trump Admin from placing USAID workers on leave. Last week Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee said he will halt a midnight deadline for USAID to be reduced to couple hundred workers. President Trump planned to drastically reduce the USAID workforce to a few hundred workers. Thousand of workers were to be placed on administrative leave. On Thursday Judge Nichols extended his restraining order until February 21.

Despite President Trumps Blanket pardon of nearly all patriots persecuted over January 6th by a weaponized Dept. of Justice, some of those prisoners still remain in the D.C. jail. It is believed Judge Carl Nichols is responsible for the hold up. It is an outrage that prisoners held across the country can be released, travel to D.C. in support of those being held in what’s been dubbed “The D.C. Newsweek reported: A federal judge Wednesday ordered that three defamation lawsuits of $1.3 billion each filed by Dominion Voting Systems be allowed to continue after allies of former President Donald Trump filed requests that they be dismissed. Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s former personal attorney, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell and “Kraken” attorney Sidney Powell are all named as defendants in lawsuits that will proceed, alleging that each of these parties made claims without evidence that Dominion Voting Systems had rigged the results of the 2020 presidential election by manipulating voting numbers.
