A federal judge on Thursday temporarily extended his restraining order blocking the Trump Admin from placing USAID workers on leave.
Last week Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee said he will halt a midnight deadline for USAID to be reduced to couple hundred workers.
President Trump planned to drastically reduce the USAID workforce to a few hundred workers.
Thousand of workers were to be placed on administrative leave.
On Thursday Judge Nichols extended his restraining order until February 21.

A shocking interview with Joe Rogan on how we funded this agency to propagandize and lie to us and censor us:
Put them in a warehouse.
Make them all show up for work, but don’t let them do anything.
NO Problem, yer’onor.
Let’em stay. Remove ALL their security clearances, and ALL their system access, and shut down their cell phone access, too.
Let’em play solitaire all day until this gets resolved.
In the interim, start impeachment proceedings against the Judge.

The judge made his ruling now let him ENFORCE IT!
Sorry for the bad quote from another president.
All federal police and military work for the president.
These judges are attempting to overturn an election.
What if Trump turned off the employee security cards to deny them access to the building, locked the building doors, and shut off their email accounts so they could other work remotely, and shut off their remote access to USAID systems? They still would be “employed,” but could not do anything. They’d be in the modern version of the “rubber room.” That would set up an epic legislative / executive battle.
Judicial roadblocks. It’s the only recourse now for The Swamp.
Why can’t the Trump Admin just find another judge to reimpose the executive orders?
These people and these workers do more harm for us than they do good. So write them a check and tell them to stay home. at least until the end of the current budget. then we’ll vote in a new budget. with any luck at all we can vote in a zero budget for this agency.
Put the warehouse in the Antarctica science station.
Let them peddle their leftist garbage to penguins.
They can censor the penguins as well.
Judge to plain insurrectionist not good for you
Put them on maintenance crews. The federal government owns many buildings. So there are rooms to clean and walls to paint. And weather permitting, there are lawns to cut and hedges to trim.
Plus there’s the federal highway system. Lots of trash to pick up on the side of the road. Get it done!
He extended the date, but he is hesitant about the courts’ roles in the dispute.
“However, during a court hearing Thursday, Nichols repeatedly expressed skepticism about the court’s continued role in overseeing actions toward USAID employees in the U.S. The judge said there were other ways for the agency to address potential employment actions.”
Just put them in a ‘study hall’ with each other for twelve hours a day with limited restroom breaks, no sleeping and no way out. As Sartre said, “Hell is other people.”
Half of them would end up in prison after a month.

Not the latest ruling, Pollard. From the article:
(On Thursday Judge Nichols extended his restraining order until February 21.)
Invalid ruling based on SCOTUS case Mississippi v. Johnson, 71 U.S. 475 (1866)
Put them in a warehouse.
