This meant that Texas would be forced to give tax money to baby killers, or shut down the Women's Health Program entirely. GREG ABBOTT WON! Gregg Abbott worked fast and within 24 hours, he got the 5th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals to overturn this Austin Judges decision to block the ban.
