In March 2024, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence issued its most recent “Annual Threat Assessment,” focusing primarily on foreign threats. Last month, the Department of Homeland security issued its “2025 Homeland Threat Assessment” concluding that the threat of Domestic and Foreign Terrorism in the Homeland Remains High.
