(KUTV) - An Indiana woman is facing charges after allegedly leaving her toddler in a hot car while she was at an interview with the Department of Child Services (DCS), according to Fox 59. On Tuesday, July 16, Jennifer Ost, 27, arrived at the appointment with her toddler, and a four-day-old newborn, but Indiana police say she left the toddler in the car, with the windows rolled up.
