TUSCALOOSA | The man who shot and killed a would-be robber late last year now faces federal allegations of illegally sending money out of the country. Jack Mohamed S. Mused was arrested Thursday on charges of operating an unlicensed money transmitting business, conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business and trafficking counterfeit goods.
