<p>SACRAMENTO(AP) - The interim director of the Gov.'s Office of Criminal Justice Planning announced his resignation Friday after he was linked to an investigation of alleged corruption in San Joaquin County.</p>
<p>N. Allen Sawyer, the interim director since March and chief deputy director since March 1999, was a partner in a failed Port of Stockton power plant deal with San Joaquin County Sheriff Baxter Dunn and a former sheriff's deputy and water board member, according to an FBI affidavit.</p>
