First-time voter Stephanie Rodriguez, the daughter of illegal immigrants, told an MSNBC reporter Friday she is the only person in her family that can legally vote. Rodriguez, a voter in Arizona, said she cast her vote because of immigration. "I was motivated to vote by my mother, who is not able to vote, as soon as my ballot arrived at home," Rodriguez said. "She was like here it is, Stephanie, you can do it!"

Ogden, N.Y. - The daughter of a local pastor who was in a car hit by a drunk driver on Christmas Eve has died. According to her father's Facebook page, Gianna Bartolucci passed away following complications after surgery. Gianna was riding with her father Tony Bartolucci on Christmas Eve to get a tree when they were hit head-on by a drunk driver on Redman Road in Clarkson. Tony Bartolucci is pastor of Clarkson Community Church in Ogden. Police said Efrain Lopez-Contreras was drunk when his car veered into the opposite lane, hitting the car carrying the Bartoluccis.
