We see this almost everyday now in the news. An illegal alien is arrested in a sanctuary city for a violent crime, ICE issues a detainer request for the local jurisdiction in which the criminal is being held, that jurisdictions then ignores the ICE detainer and releases the criminal from custody. What is the solution to this? In my opinion jurisdictions should be held liable for the actions committed by illegal immigrants after they are released from custody. The victims and families should have the right to sue these jurisdictions.

St. Patrick's Cathedral "only knew that family and friends were requesting a funeral Mass for a Catholic, and had no idea our welcome and prayer would be degraded in such a sacrilegious and deceptive way." The Archdiocese of New York which operates the St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City said that it shares the "outrage over the scandalous behavior at a funeral" earlier in the week for a trans activist and offered "an appropriate Mass of Reparation" to reconsecrate the cathedral. The funeral proceedings celebrated blasphemy, whoredom, and had prayers for access to sex changes. According to the statement,...

A reporter’s interaction with an illegal alien at the US-Mexico border went viral after the migrant mysteriously claimed people would soon know his name. “If you are smart enough, you will know who I am, but you are really not smart enough to know who I am,” the unidentified man speaking English told reporters with 1st Responders Media. “Believe me,” he continued, adding he’s “better than that” when reporters described him as “entitled.” Many on social media took the man’s words to mean he’s planning on committing terroristic acts in the future once inside the US, for which he would...

The man accused of stabbing eight and killing two in Las Vegas on Thursday walked free from another violent crime charge last year after the district attorney failed to prosecute in time. Court documents exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com reveal that Guatemalan alleged undocumented migrant Yoni Barrios, 32, was charged in 2019 with criminal domestic violence by Los Angeles district attorney Jackie Lacey, who has since stepped down. Had he been convicted, Barrios would likely have been imprisoned and deported and would not have been free to commit the senseless slaughter on the Vegas strip this week.

LAREDO, Texas–A glimpse into the reality of the thousands of illegal immigrants being released into the U.S. by the Obama Administration was captured on video in a Greyhound Bus station in Laredo, Texas this weekend. The illegal immigrants who cross as incomplete family units simply enter the U.S. illegally, turn themselves in to U.S. Border Patrol agents, are processed, and then are released with a notice to appear at a future date for court proceedings. U.S. taxpayers then fund bus tickets for the illegal immigrants to go to the U.S. city of their choosing. Approximately 95 percent of the illegal...

Months after a California sheriff got sued for reporting undocumented criminals to federal authorities, an illegal immigrant with a criminal history murdered four people in the veteran law enforcement official’s jurisdiction just days after being released from jail. The brutal crimes occurred in Sacramento, California where Sheriff Scott Jones was recently sued by a leftist civil rights group for transferring illegal alien offenders to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for removal rather than release them back into the community under state sanctuary laws known as the TRUTH Act and the California Values Act. The first one, which went into effect...

Earlier this century, conventional political wisdom posited that Republicans would never be able to win a national election unless the party out-pandered the Democrats on the issue of amnesty for illegal aliens. Republican political “experts,” who spent too much time listening to other “experts” instead of actual voters, insisted that supporting massive amnesties for illegal aliens was the key to unlocking the Hispanic vote for the party. John McCain and Mitt Romney took the advice of the experts to heart and got wiped out in 2008 and 2012, garnering just 31 percent and 27 percent of Hispanic votes, respectively. Donald...

Over a year into his term, Joe Biden has made immigration chaos what will be remembered as the signature policy of this presidency. Long after Biden is gone, America and its citizens will continue to pay for his recklessness. The White House has taken many steps to erode America’s sovereignty, including attempting to end the Remain-in-Mexico policy, reinstating catch-and-release, and gutting the Title 42 policy, to name a few. Now, one report indicates that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has mostly ceased deportation operations, and is essentially giving illegal aliens free reign in the U.S. Roughly six-in-seven illegal aliens...

In the latest Democrat move to undermine the American system of government, a majority of the New York City council is poised to passed Int. No. 1867 which gives non-citizens the right to vote in municipal elections. Under this law, those who lack citizenship may, if they reside in New York City for only thirty days, vote for mayor, city council, borough presidents, comptroller, and public advocate. They may thus influence what law and policy governs the citizens of New York City. The law is patently unconstitutional, unlawful under immigration law, an assault on citizenship, and ripe for legal challenge....
