The evidence that shows close ties between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department proves Hillary Clinton lied during her confirmation hearing in 2009, according to ABC News. The network's Brian Ross said Tuesday morning Clinton vowed not to grant special access to foundation donors if she earned the confirmation to serve in the Obama administration. But she didn't stick to her promise, according to new documents released by Judicial Watch Monday.

As far as ABC’s Cokie Roberts is concerned, Donald Trump attacking Hillary Clinton as “unhinged” is basically a gendered attack. Trump has recently taken to calling Clinton “unhinged” and “unbalanced,” implying she’s “not all there.” On ABC’s This Week this morning, Sara Fagen said that’s not the issue people have with Clinton, so that won’t be a particularly helpful line of attack. Then Roberts said, “‘Unhinged’ and ‘she doesn’t look presidential’ is totally code for ‘we shouldn’t elect a woman.’ That’s exactly what that is.”
