U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, the only pro-life Democrat in the U.S. House, won re-election Tuesday after narrowly fending off a pro-abortion challenger in the primary. The Texas Tribune reports Cuellar defeated his pro-life Republican challenger, Cassy Garcia, in the 28th District in South Texas with 57 percent of the vote.
