The Biden administration for the first time on Tuesday allowed news media inside a Customs and Border Protection facility facing unprecedented overcrowding due to the recent surge of migrant children and families. The photos revealed a severely overcrowded tent structure with more than 4,000 people, including children and families, were crammed into a space intended for 250, and the youngest were kept in a large playpen with mats on the floor for sleeping. Representatives from the press were allowed inside a temporary tent facility in Donna, Texas, which was meant to hold 250 migrants but had a population of more...

An elderly gardener died from a brain-eating amoeba found in soil after it turned part of his frontal lobe into a mushy liquid, according to researchers in Georgia. The 82-year-old man is believed to have contracted the shape-shifting organism while potting plants at an unnamed location, and was later struck by seizures, according to a case-study, which was published this week in the New England Journal of Medicine. The man was first treated for bacterial, fungal and viral meningitis before becoming drowsy and suffering from seizures, researchers from Emory University in Atlanta said in the report. He died nine days...

The straight talk express may have blown a gasket around the beltway, but it is running redline up and down I-95 in South Florida. Mayor Jim Naugle of Fort Lauderdale is being demeaned by the hedonist press of the region because he made a few claims that, while they are easily supported by data, run counter to the Broward state religion. Here is a list of his sins, as recorded in the Sun-Sentinel's encyclicals. First, Naugle said he does not use the term "gay" because homosexuals are "unhappy." Second, he claims his city has a problem with men using public...

Methamphetamine's Clutch Leaves More Gays Addicted, Infected BY JOSEPH ROSE PORTLAND, Ore. -- Before he met Tina, John Motter had a closet full of $3,000 suits. He was a superstar tax consultant, entrusted with some of Arthur Andersen's biggest clients. But when Motter started using crystal methamphetamine, known as Tina in the gay community, the drug became more important than success. The long hours at the office stopped. In the clutches of the powerful stimulant, Motter spent many of his nights at gay bathhouses and sex parties in Portland and Seattle. Sitting in a Portland coffeehouse on a recent morning,...

Dr. Paul Cameron, President of Family Research Institute, a Colorado-based think tank, announced today that a new study on the life span of homosexuals will appear in a 2005 issue of the refereed scientific journal Psychological Reports (Volume 96: pp. 693-697). This study provides additional evidence that the practice of homosexuality, with its attendant lifestyle, shortens the life of practitioners by about 20 years. "Obituaries have indicated that gays seldom reach old age," Cameron said. "Indeed, gay obituaries suggest that engaging in homosexuality costs participants between 15 to 25 years of life, suggesting that homosexuality is more dangerous than smoking...

In an eerily similar way to how HIV/AIDS was first spread, a heretofore rare sexually transmitted disease some are calling the "new AIDS" is making its way through the male homosexual community in Canada and the U.S. According to a report in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, lymphogranuloma venereum, or LGV, has been identified in 22 homosexual and bisexual men in Canada in recent months, all of whom practice risky sexual behavior – including anal sex without a condom, ingesting the drug crystal meth anally and "fisting." Six cases have been identified in Boston, Mass., reports the Associated Press, while...

What we owe to NAFTA Posted: December 1, 2003 1:00 a.m. Eastern © 2003 Creators Syndicate, Inc. Around Oct. 6, 38-year-old auto mechanic Jeff Cook decided to treat his wife and two daughters to dinner at Chi-Chi's in Beaver Valley Mall outside Pittsburgh. Within three weeks, Cook, suffering from acute liver failure, was fighting for his life. To save him, surgeons had a new liver flown in. They failed. Jeff Cook became, writes Lydia Polgreen of the New York Times, "the first person to die in what federal health officials say is the biggest food-borne outbreak of hepatitis A in...
