A snake fell out of the sky and landed on a woman mowing her yard. The bizarre incident didn’t stop there. Peggy Jones was then attacked by a hawk. Jones was on her tractor mowing at her home in Silsbee, near Beaumont on Tuesday afternoon. She describes how suddenly a snake fell on her, wrapping around her arm. “The snake was squeezing so hard, and I was waving my arms in the air. And then, this hawk was swooping down clawing at my arm over and over,” explains Peggy Jones. “I just kept saying, ‘Help me, Jesus, Help me, Jesus.’’

A man serving time in the Fresno County Jail could be a serial killer. Roger Hausmann will soon head to trial for a charge of kidnapping two teenage girls. But detectives also think he's behind a long list of murders. It's a bizarre story with a lot of twists and turns, but the bottom line is police think they'll soon have be able to prove a man inside the Fresno County Jail brutally killed at least ten people.

<p>Minutes before he was to be jailed, a Sunnyvale man slashed his neck and wrist with a knife he smuggled into a Palo Alto courtroom Tuesday, screaming ``Don't touch my blood! I have AIDS!''</p> <p>Deputies struggled with Kevin James Stevenson as the man's blood splashed on them from the opened artery in his neck.</p>
