Neither George Zimmerman, his attorney or the special prosecutor will be in court Tuesday for a scheduled arraignment. Zimmerman entered a not guilty plea to second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin weeks ago and waived his appearance for Tuesday.
