Chris Leavitt, who ran a campaign for Republican Ed Gillespie last year that nearly upset incumbent U.S. Sen. Mark Warner, will be a consultant to Scott Walker's presidential campaign, according to a press release Tuesday. Walker's staff already announced that state Sen. Mark Obenshain would be Virginia campaign chair for the Wisconsin governor.
