I live in Yakima, Washington. I just want to thank Jay Inslee, the Democrats and Rinos in the Legislature and all those liberals who voted for these imbeciles for passing Cap and Trade. In the last month or so, gas prices, here, have increased a dollar a gallon.I would greatly appreciate it if they all would shout from the rooftops how great their votes and policies are benefiting all of us. Thank you for your caring. (Sarcasm)

Evacuations and shelter-in-place orders were in effect for residents and businesses around an oil industry tank farm in Louisiana after part of it erupted in flames Saturday, producing a plume near the Lake Charles area. It wasn't clear what sparked the blaze at Calcasieu Refining Co. No injuries have been reported. The refinery did not answer phone calls seeking comment. Mandatory evacuations were in effect for those as far as a 1.5 miles from the tank farm; outer boundaries of a shelter-in-place order have been reduced from 5 miles to 3 miles, according to the Lake Charles Fire Department. In...

A new poll out from Richard Baris shows that Trump is undoubtedly in the lead in the 2024 presidential race in the Rust Belt states. Trump leads the GOP primary field with 67.5 percent, and DeSantis comes in a distant second at 17.1 percent. Trump also leads President Biden in the poll, showing that likely voters prefer Trump to Biden 46.9 to 38.1 percent. Among those likely voters who were polled, 7.5 percent say they would opt for a third party candidate, and 7.4 percent are not yet decided. If DeSantis were to be the nominee, according to likely voters,...

When it comes to gas prices, there has been plenty to complain about since Old Joe Biden began his president act. There have also been numerous indications that aside from the alleged president’s fact-free boasting, the Biden regime actually likes high gas prices, as they help them push their green agenda. Another sign of the regime’s actual view of rising gas prices came when Old Joe tabbed Jared Bernstein to be chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers. Like you and me, Bernstein has complained about gas prices. But unlike us, Bernstein thinks they’re too low.The Washington Free Beacon reported...

Near the Gulf Coast just east of Texas’ oil-rich Permian Basin, nearly 2,000 ExxonMobil contractors are making sure the company’s latest project – which includes 26 miles of piping, 35 miles of electrical wiring and 875 tons of steel – is pumping oil at full capacity. senior vice president of global operations detailed how the company’s Beaumont complex is not only fueling U.S. energy supply but also the economy. "When you put it all together and you look at this particular location, what I love about it, it allows us to buy what I consider to be very much needed,...

Saudi Arabia, whose relationship with the United States has taken a nosedive during President Joe Biden’s tenure, announced on Sunday it would lead the members of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), including Russia, to cut over one million barrels of output a day starting next month, which could cause higher U.S. inflation. Saudi Arabia also stated it would cut production by another 500,000 barrels a day starting in May. Oil prices soared 7.5% at the week’s open after the Saudi announcement. Kevin Book, managing director of Clearview Energy Partners, told CBS News the cuts could cause U.S....

The White House is pretty shameless when it comes to giving us an honest answer about virtually anything they’re being asked these days. They’re definitely up a creek without a paddle when it comes to the classified document scandal.

Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm claimed Monday that “international and climate events” were to blame for price increases at the pump. “It’s obviously based upon international and climate events, so, for example, Winter Storm Elliot pulled two million barrels off the U.S. market,” Granholm said during a White House press briefing. “That crimp in supply causes prices to go up.” The average price of a gallon of gas is $3.423, up from $3.096 a month ago, according to AAA. Biden has taken credit for lower gas prices in the past, even though a gallon of gas cost an average of...

At long last, the Biden administration is admitting what experts have always known: reckless energy policies have disastrous consequences. This time, the Department of Energy quietly released a report highlighting the positive economic benefits of developing the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada, an energy project canceled by President Biden in the hours following his inauguration. But the DOE’s report is a proverbial day late and a dollar short. The cancelation of the Keystone XL pipeline has already cost the United States thousands of jobs and billions in economic growth while families suffer under the weight of record high energy prices....

When gas prices were skyrocketing and hitting their highest numbers this past summer, Joe Biden tried to blame the rise on “Putin’s price hike,” claiming it was due to Vladimir Putin having Russia invade Ukraine. Now, that was just an outright lie since gas prices had been going up since Biden took office, long before the invasion of Ukraine. But that didn’t stop Joe Biden, it wasn’t his fault. It didn’t occur to him that blaming Putin made him look even weaker, as though Putin could dictate American prices and Biden was completely at his mercy. But then when prices...

As the global economy slows and global central banks continue to tighten, we are seeing gasoline and diesel prices falling. But bear in mind that US gasoline prices remain 30% higher since Biden was sworn-in as President. Diesel prices are up a staggering 78% since that fatal day. Speaking of tightening monetary policy, the US Treasury yield curves have flattened/inverted since The Fed started tightening with rate increases to fight inflation. Let’s see how inflation does with Congress’ $1.7 trillion, unread Omnibus bill. Aka, Grand Theft Congress. Pelosi is holding an iPhone and Schumer is holding the scope rifle. McConnell...

Summary The US Strategic Petroleum Reserve released its last primary batch of oil this week, soon ending a significant source of commercial oil inventories. US and global oil production has plateaued and may decline over the coming months as drilling activity is below necessary levels. The sharp decline in the US dollar could boost oil prices if it continues as the Federal Reserve becomes less hawkish. USO is an attractive investment due to ~12% "roll yield" through persistent backwardation in the oil futures curve. An economic shock could upset the oil price rally, but global oil demand may not moderate...

Taken together, Euronews calculates these two make for a total 90-percent increase in household...

A perfect storm is taking place in the diesel market, with dwindling diesel reserves, a drought on the Mississippi River pushing more product to rail and truck, and a possible rail strike leading to a surge in prices that is expected to continue. Diesel prices have increased by 33% for November deliveries. “The national average price for diesel today is $5.30 per gallon and is expected to go up 15 to 20 cents in the next few weeks,” said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates, LLC. Reserves for diesel this time of year have not been this low since...

"Republicans want to cut Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security! Again!" So says Joe Biden in his latest blathering electoral lies. Tossing out terms like Mega MAGA Trickle-down economics, Biden's intent on stoking fear in Americans while deflecting from his administration's abominable performance. Mark is having none of Joe's contrived claptrap, instead asking the question: "are you better off than you were two years ago?" And with seemingly endless inflation, recession, rising gas prices, rising crime, woke ideologies and foreign policy failures the answer is obvious.

"...Even more spending and inflation. Gas prices are rising again They're taking away what you've worked so hard for. Nothing will change. Except things will get worse with Fetterman. Because there will be NO ONE to stop them. John Fetterman. He's reckless. HE'S A FAR LEFT FRAUD."

Joe Biden says he’s a Catholic, but his handlers work relentlessly to keep the sacrifices to Moloch going; Pious Old Joe and his henchmen never saw a restriction on abortion that they could support. Joe Biden says he is down-to-earth ol’ Lunchbucket Joe, when actually he has spent most of his life growing rich in the public “service” and enjoying all the perks of being one of the Washington elite. Joe Biden says he is president, but he is clearly not in charge and, as is increasingly evident, not even capable of being in charge. But on Thursday afternoon, Old...

by Becca London | RNNAnother day, another lie.President Joe Biden falsely claimed that the national average price of gas per gallon was “over $5 when i took office” during prepared remarks delivered on Thursday.“The most common price of gas in America is three dollars and 39 cents, down from over $5 when I took office,” Biden said.It is unclear where the President sourced the idea that gas prices were “over $5” in January 2020, but the claim is completely untrue. In actuality, the national average for a gallon of gas was $2.39, less than half of $5 and over a dollar...
