CNN reporting gunshots just fired at the FErguson Police Department. Numerous Media sources saying Obama was to speak live at 10PM EST, but he is late, as usual.

Eight people were shot at a violent Bronx house party early this morning, including three kids ages 11, 13 and 14, police said. Cops are hunting Oneil Dasilva, 17, who allegedly opened fire around 3:40 a.m. in the backyard of the Williamsbridge home on East 221st Street near Carpenter Avenue where the party was being held.

Gov. A 16-year-old girl was killed and four people were wounded by gunfire Thursday after two groups clashed on a crowded Brooklyn boardwalk, cops and witnesses said. Two of the victims were bystanders, sources said.
