HR 836 which ends the Governor’s COVID-19 emergency declaration was amended and passed the Senate. We just passed it again in the House with a bipartisan 121-81 vote! When the resolution is printed in the PA Bulletin this Friday, the emergency declaration will be terminated along with all the guidance and orders.
