A New Jersey woman was arrested after police said she brought her 5-year-old daughter into a tanning booth, causing the girl to suffer burns. Authorities say a New Jersey man who died after having his penis injected with silicone was trying to get it enlarged. The woman police say gave the injection, resulting in his death, has been charged with manslaughter. She made her first court appearance Tuesday. The Essex County prosecutor's office says 34-year-old Kasia Rivera gave 22-year-old Justin Street the injection in May. She has pleaded not guilty but remains in jail on $75,000 bail.
