Donald Trump has been under fire for remarks he made on illegal immigrants during the announcement of his candidacy. "The U.S. has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems," He said. "When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people." While the remarks are certainly blunt, they're not inherently wrong. Border Patrol seized just under $3.5M worth of marijuana from...

Recently, Donald Trump declared himself a candidate for the office of President of the United States. He came out against illegal immigration and strongly stated that the southern border of U.S. should be sealed, that he was the only person who could do the job, and that America needed to do this since many illegal immigrants were criminals and America is worse off because of them. It is interesting to compare the statements made by Donald Trump to actual crime facts and statistics in the U.S. His statements have been portrayed as racist and generally unbefitting a presidential candidate. These...

On Sunday morning, June 22, 2014, Edward Horowitz, M.D. was crossing with the green light at 38th Street and Dodge, in Omaha, Nebraska. Out of nowhere came a speeding blue car, which struck Horowitz hard with such a “horrific bang†that he was thrown against the window of a U-Hall van stopped for the red light. He later died. The woman driving the U-Haul became hysterical. A witness said a blue car hit Dr. Horowitz while he was walking in the crosswalk. The driver of the car that hit Dr. Horowitz then sped off. div class="article_body bottom"> The driver...

One of the great things about America is that a person accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proved guilty. No matter how many witnesses saw Francisco Sanchez gun down 32-year-old Kathryn Steinle on Pier 14 in San Francisco, he still has the presumption of innocence. That's why I'm pleased that Mr. Sanchez's side of the story has finally gotten out. And, I believe, in the interest of fairness, we should present it: 1) The sea lions are to blame. Sanchez reportedly first told police he was shooting at sea lions.

A top establishment Republican donor reportedly wants Donald Trump banned from the first presidential debate. Fox News will host the first GOP presidential debate on August 6 in Cleveland, and the debate will be limited to the top ten candidates “in an average of the five most recent national polls in the run-up” to the debate. Trump, who placed second in Fox News’s most recent national poll after his presidential announcement speech in which he took firm stances against illegal immigration and trade deals that harm American workers, is in line to be one of the 10 candidates on stage....

NEW YORK (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump stood firm Monday on his description of Mexican immigrants as criminals. The businessman, under fire from critics in and out of his party, issued a lengthy statement refusing to back off comments he made in the speech launching his presidential bid last month. In it, he called Mexican immigrant criminals and rapists, prompting several businesses, including NBC, Univision and Macy’s, to cut ties with Trump. In his new statement, Trump said “the Mexican government is forcing their most unwanted people into the United States” and claimed that in many cases, they...

On Sept. 6, 2007 at Dartmouth College while debating during her last attempt to become president, then-Sen. Hillary Clinton supported sanctuary cities saying they help ensure the “personal safety and security of all the citizens.” [Snip] When pressed if that means she supports the sanctuary cities policy Clinton replied, “Well, I don’t think there is any choice.”

Last week Kate Steinle was shot and killed on a San Francisco pier by an illegal alien with a record of seven felonies and five deportations. Her killer admitted in a jailhouse interview that he went back to San Francisco because he knew he wouldn't be turned over to federal authorities thanks to sanctuary city policies. Monday night on the O'Reilly Factor, Bill O'Reilly didn't mince words when addressing the issue and holds San Francisco city officials and the Obama administration complicit in Steinle's death. O'Reilly also called on Congress to pass a law mandating five years in federal prison...

Worried about "Republican-on-Republican violence," top party donors are taking action, with one firing off a letter calling for more civility and another seeking to block businessman Donald Trump from the debate stage altogether. Foster Friess, a Wyoming-based investor and one of the party's top 20 donors in the last presidential contest, issued a letter to 16 White House prospects and the Republican National Committee late last week calling for candidates to stay on the "civility reservation." "Our candidates will benefit if they all submit to Ronald Reagan's 11th Commandment, 'Thou shall not speak ill of a fellow Republican,'" Friess wrote...

ANN COULTER: I notice we've been warned all week 'watch out for ISIS, watch out for ISIS this weekend.' Instead, Americans were killed by immigrants. This wasn't the only illegal immigrant, and it doesn't have to be limited to illegal immigrants. The government is allowing people with no right to be here into our country, whether legally or legally. There was also an illegal immigrant who hammered his wife to death in Texas the weekend. That was an illegal alien wife who was killed. So, It isn't just American citizens who aren't being protected, but these Republicans, and of course...

Complete Headline: Illegal Immigrant Deported 6 Times Charged in Felony Hit-and-Run of Family that Injured Young Children A six-time-deported illegal immigrant is charged in the felony hit-and-run of an Arizona mother and her two young children. The man allegedly admitted to being high on marijuana while causing the severe lacerations to a five-year-old boy. The five-year-old and a two-year-old were both taken to an area hospital.

Does the truth hurt? Or did Mr. Trump unfairly malign Mexico and millions of Mexican illegal aliens. "Talking Points" will now answer those question. The primary mistake Donald Trump made in his campaign kickoff speech was speaking too generally about the border problem. Most Mexicans who sneak into the U.S.A., or overstay their legal visitation status do so because they are economically deprived. They are largely undereducated folks trying to feed their families. Also, the vast majority of illegal aliens do not -- do not commit crimes while on American soil, apart from their immigration offenses. But there are very...

According to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Manuel Perez-Vasques was driving an SUV around 2 p.m. in the area of Papago Road and Armarillo Valley Road when he crossed the center and struck the other vehicle. A 5-year-old boy suffered a laceration to the head and was transported by air to a nearby hospital, said PCSO. A 2-year-old girl was transported by ground for her injuries. Deputies say there were as many as five people inside the SUV and they all ran into a nearby field, but Perez-Vasquez returned. Perez-Vasquez is an immigrant from Mexico who had been deported...

LOS ANGELES — A GENERATION ago, this West Coast metropolis became a “third world city.” At least in the rhetoric of certain East Coast thinkers. A 1991 book by David Rieff cited visitors who were stunned by “seeing nothing but brown faces, hearing nothing but Spanish on the streets.” The arrival of coffee-colored Latino masses (like me and my Guatemalan-American family), together with the spread of Mandarin and Korean logograms on street signs, led Mr. Rieff to call this the “capital of the third world.” As a native of the city, I was offended to hear it tagged with such...

Left-wingers in San Francisco should be hanging their heads in shame after their borderline seditious, destructive immigration policies allowed an illegal alien felon to murder a young woman randomly in broad daylight.

The demographers agreed: at some point in 2014, Latinos would pass whites as the largest ethnic group in California. Determining when exactly that milestone would occur was more of a tricky question. Counting people isn't like counting movie ticket receipts. The official confirmation had to wait until new population figures were released by the Census Bureau this summer. The new tally, released in late June, shows that as of July 1, 2014, about 14.99 million Latinos live in California, edging out the 14.92 million whites in the state.

During his eight years as Florida governor, Jeb Bush increasingly pushed for broader acceptance of immigrants living in the United States illegally, and disagreed with Florida voters and Republican leaders who opposed any expansion of such immigrants' rights, according to more than 350,000 emails received after public document requests. On border security and deportations, the governor advocated "whatever it takes," but he also supported driver's licenses, in-state tuition and work visas for immigrants in the U.S. illegally. The emails document Bush's exchanges with supporters, aides and citizens. Personal and political emails were excluded from the release.

Texas Senator and Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) declared “I am proud to defend Donald Trump” and promoted his “legislation to increase the number of H-1B visas if there are people who are educated and talented and creating jobs” on Tuesday’s “Laura Ingraham Show. [...] The discussion turned to legal immigration, Cruz said, “we should improve and streamline legal immigration.” He also discussed H-1B visas arguing that in the status quo, “every year US colleges and universities educate tens of thousands of foreign students who are getting masters and PhDs in engineering and math and computer science, and...

While San Francisco is taking heat because of its status as a “sanctuary city” that allowed the release of a serial deportee who has been charged with homicide, such noncompliance policies abound in the Bay Area and throughout the state.

Someone is getting very nervous. President Barack Obama; Valerie Jarrett; Eric Holder; Hillary Clinton; Jon Corzine … to name just a few. And I know why. I wrote a book entitled “The Murder of the Middle Class” about the unholy conspiracy between big government, big business and big media. They all benefit by the billions from this partnership and it’s in all of their interests to protect one another. It’s one for all, and all for one. It’s a heck of a filthy relationship that makes everyone filthy rich. Everyone except the American people. We get ripped off. We’re the...
