    A Colorado Springs man was arrested Tuesday on a felony warrant after police drew him out of his apartment southeast of Airport Road and South Academy Boulevard. Nicholas Rogers, 34, was wanted on a felony menacing warrant. Police looked for him at his apartment in a complex in the 700 block of Chapman Drive. No one answered the apartment door, but police found an extension cord running from his residence to an outlet in the laundry room, an illegal utilities connection.
