SAN FRANCISCO - The San Francisco construction worker accused of making false threats to blow up the Golden Gate Bridge, the Ferry Building and an Amtrak station has surrendered to federal officials. Timothy S. Sullivan used his cell phone to call 911 four times on March 10, saying that bombs would explode in the specified locations.
