Climate Change is a religion. We all know that. The University of Helsinki has decided to make that official by giving Greta Thunberg an honorary Doctorate of Theology at the ripe old age of 20.Pretty sure she hasn’t graduated from High School, but maybe I am wrong. I thought she dropped out to become a climate change activist. Now that she is Dr. Thunberg she can glue herself to Volkswagens or something. Isn’t that what activists with Ph. D.s do these days?Greta Thunberg was awarded the title of honorary doctor of the Faculty of Theology of the University of Helsinki.Thunberg is...

Climate activist Greta Thunberg has reportedly deleted a 2018 tweet warning that “climate change will wipe out all of humanity” by 2023 if fossil fuel usage continued. The 20-year-old Swedish activist’s tweet referred to a grim warning from Harvard University professor of atmospheric chemistry James Anderson, who claimed that pollution as a result of burning fossil fuels is pushing the climate back 33 million years to an era when there were no ice caps at the poles, according to Talk TV. The tweet, dated June 21, 2018, quoted an article that cited Anderson, stating “A top climate scientist is warning...

Greta Thunberg, when she isn't cussing up a storm and faking getting arrested, likes to make bold predictions about the sky falling. One prediction she made in 2018 is getting a second look. Greta thought she could be all slick and delete her tweet, but the internet much like the ozone layer and Wu-Tang Clan is forever. Because it's five years after she tweeted the world was going to end in five years. Look out your window. https://twitter.com/JackPosobiec/status/1634644472553168896According to an expert in The Science in 2018 -- remember, we must trust both the experts AND The Science -- schlimate change...

Greta Thunberg has been twice detained at protests in Oslo over an onshore wind farm which she and activists say hinders the rights of the Sami indigenous people to raise reindeer in Arctic Norway. The 20-year-old Swedish environmental campaigner and hundreds of other demonstrators say a transition to green energy should not come at the expense of indigenous rights and have been demanding the removal of 151 wind turbines from land used by Sami herders. "We want to make it very clear that it is the Norwegian state that is committing the real crime here, for violating human rights," she...

During ABC’s "The View," Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg urged her fellow climate change activists to step outside of "legal methods" to achieve their climate goals. While appearing as a guest during the show's Friday episode, Thunberg argued that if the people of who made great strides in social justice and civil rights throughout history only stuck to using the legal channels they were offered, "we wouldn't be where we are today." The activist advocated that real climate change action can only come from such radical action.

Left-wing activists who pull stunts for cameras are basically acting out. When Shakespeare wrote ‘All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players; And one man in his time plays many parts’, he meant it as a metaphor for human behavior. Little did the Bard know that someday actors would play parts on the global stage and reap fame and copious pecuniary gains from the performance. Enter the world’s most famous hooky player and ‘climate activist,’ Greta Thunberg. She is known all over the world for her infamous scowl and the permanence of her petulance. She...

The climate moralism arms race in Davos, Switzerland, intensified on Thursday as activist Greta Thunberg accused attendees of the World Economic Forum of hypocrisy regarding the environment. The 20-year-old Swede participated in a panel discussion moderated by CNBC in the resort town, which is presently hosting hundreds of government officials and corporate leaders for the World Economic Forum’s annual conference. Thunberg contended that the green of the dollar was more important to the attendees than the green of the planet. “We are right now in Davos where basically the people who are mostly fueling the destruction of the planet, the...

The 19-year-old Swedish activist has announced that as well as tackling her usual area of climate action and awareness-spreading, she has now thrown her weight behind defeating the West’s “oppressive” capitalist system. Calling for a “system-wide transformation” at her book launch in London, she claimed that the world’s current “normal” - dictated by the people in power - has caused the climate breakdown. She said: “We are never going back to normal again because ‘normal’ was already a crisis. What we refer to as normal is an extreme system built on the exploitation of people and the planet. “It is...

“The voices in this world which have the most power belong to those who are destroying it", writes Greta Thunberg in the outro of her spectacular new book. It is a sentence which encapsulates the skill with which she can speak the blatant truths our society can scarcely acknowledge, but it is also a damning conclusion and part of a revolutionary call to arms. Her zero-tolerance level for bulls*** is the beacon which has not only won her acclaim, but also lights the way through this collection of essays, evidence and potential solutions written by an astonishing list of experts,...

“People seem to think of me as an angry teenager,” she told the publication. “They obviously haven't met me. At least two or three times a day I get laughing attacks where I can't breathe. It can be anything. If I’m in a room with people, they suddenly realise I’m not breathing and ask me if I’m OK and it’s because I can’t stop! The teen reckons her Asperger’s Syndrome helps her quickly get to the truth of the matter and cut through the soundbites often given by politicians when it comes to climate change.

Sky News host Andrew Bolt says the Greta Thunberg cult has “gone bust”. “A mere child, full of rage, obsessed with doom, totally devoid of any practical solutions – but here she was lecturing the world on how to fuel their 21st century economies,” Mr Bolt said. “Thunberg is now a victim of her own success in scaring people into doing very, very stupid things that we're now paying for.”

March 25 (UPI) -- Friday marked the resumption of worldwide school climate strikes by young activists intent on sparking action to deal with causes of climate change. Hundreds of protests were expected on all seven continents. On its website, Fridays For Future posted a map of planned protest actions. Many of the Fridays For Future actions...

Teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg’s group Fridays for Future launched a series of rallies to protest Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The group said it plans to hold events in over 40 cities around the world. Fridays for Future specializes in “youth strikes” that involve students marching out of their classrooms to demand action on their climate change agenda. The same technique will evidently be used for the protests against Russia. “We are running a demonstration at 12 p.m., in the middle of the day, because the lives of the Ukrainian people have been stopped, not by their choice. We also...
