Assuming Texas and Ohio have open primaries and the GOP nomination has been clinched by McCain republican voters in Ohio and Texas should ask for a democrat ballot and mark Hillary's name. Polling places in Alameda County will remain open as late as 10 p.m. after some locations ran out of provisional and Democratic ballots, the registrar's office said tonight.
