Two men with possible gang affiliations have been charged with capital murder and two other suspects are expected to be charged in the beating death of a Loudoun County man during a morning stroll with his wife last month, authorities said yesterday. Early Sunday morning, deputies found a man's body in a grassy area next to Riverside Parkway in Lansdowne. A woman was found in critical condition nearby. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office got a call at around 5 a.m. A witness had spotted a white van and people outside of it screaming and reported a suspicious vehicle.
