A Democrat judge in Texas was busted for allegedly using a fake Facebook page to direct racist comments toward himself in an attempt to garner sympathy and secure re-election. Fort Bend County Judge KP George, a top elected official in the suburban Houston county, won a 2022 re-election bid against his Republican opponent, Trever Nehls. A warrant obtained by KHOU 11 shows that George's cellular devices suggested he had been communicating with a fellow employee who used a fake Facebook account under the name 'Antonio Scalywag' to interact with the judge's posts and leave racist comments. ... An FBI spokesperson told the press that agents were conducting “court-authorized law enforcement” at Thao’s property. The focus of the investigation is on David Duong, CEO of California Waste Solutions, and his son, Andy Duong. Both have deep-seated ties to Democratic politicians and businesses, NBC Bay Area reported. Their business dealings and...

MADISON, Wis. – In January, testifying before the Legislature, Government Accountability Board director Kevin Kennedy called his agency a “Wisconsin success story.” “The Legislature should be proud of the Board, not only for its nonpartisan nature, but for its accomplishments and performance over the first seven years existence,” Kennedy said in defending the campaign finance, elections, and ethics regulator against a growing list of critics concerned that the agency was alarmingly partisan and less than accountable. SAVE MARY: An email obtained by Wisconsin Watchdog shows former GAB legal counsel Shane Falk worrying about what a prosecutor’s statement might mean for...

Democrats donate money raised by fugitive from lawAs Democratic politicians raced to shed contributions from a wealthy fund-raiser who turned out to be a fugitive from the law, Hillary Clinton said yesterday that her presidential campaign will be more careful about scrutinizing donors. Norman Hsu, who has donated large sums to numerous Democrats including Clinton and Barack Obama, has been wanted by California authorities for 15 years in connection with a fraud case. "We have a vetting process," Clinton said in a telephone interview. "It didn't work on this one instance, apparently, for any of us. There were many, many...

Election commissioner aided ex-congressman Sealed records couldn't keep former congressman Harold Ford Sr. from tapping precise, sensitive details of a voter fraud investigation surrounding his sister's narrow win in a Tennessee state Senate race. Newly obtained documents show Ford spoke with keen accuracy this month when discussing five suspicious ballots cast in the Sept. 15 election that Ophelia Ford won by 13 votes. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is reviewing the ballots cast in a heavily Democratic North Memphis precinct, including two cast in the names of elderly voters who had died weeks before the election. Ford had told a...

A complaint filed by Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) with the Senate sergeant at arms caused the Capitol Police to confiscate computer records of the Senate Judiciary Committee after sealing off the room. Durbin’s complaint to William Pickle, the sergeant at arms, focused on memos written by Durbin’s staff in late 2001 about the opposition of liberal groups to President Bush’s conservative nominees to the federal bench. The memos were cited last Friday in an editorial that ran in The Wall Street Journal and in The Washington Times. In a letter to Pickle, Durbin said that his office “did not release...
