After last Saturday's "most excellent" FReep, this week could be considered 'slow'. It was very windy and it was decided not to put up the red banner. The blue banner held its own in the 20 MPH wind. It was overcast for part of the FReep with a chance of thunderstorms, so we were over joyed when the sun came out. I sometimes think the bad weather is saved for Saturday so that MOAB2 can be put up at Walter Reed, which is very good, because WR is the main place that we need to show our stuff. Our four...

Where do I start? On September 11, 2001, the enemies of America living within our shores got the go-ahead to begin their attack on the USA. And they wasted no time in doing so. Within days of the terrorist attacks, groups like the Workers World Party quickly formed a wing of radicalism disguised as an "antiwar" coalition; and they held their first mass march on September 29, 2001. The remains of the World Trade Center were still smoldering, and the domestic enemies marched in our streets declaring that we (the US) got what we deserved. The Revolutionary Communist Party formed...

Photos by [Mrs.] TrooprallyLots of pixels; give this thread time to fully load. WASHINGTON, May 26, 2006-- While many in the Capital and across the U.S. planned respectful visits to veteran's cemeteries on Memorial Day weekend, or to solemn observances to honor those who gave their lives for our nation, Code Pink showed up at Walter Reed Army Medical Center on Friday evening for more of their usual singin', dancin', sneerin' and general disrespect under the "banner" of war protests. Sporting a Mary Poppins umbrella, this confused Code Pinko gives the anachronistic V-sign (which means Victory, as in "Victory in...

This week was one of the most exciting that we've had. WARNING: There is a lot of excellent stuff in this thread, so be sure you have the time to enjoy it. A great group of FReepers made it so. Just last Tuesday the Olney FReep had only two Freepers who planned to attend Saturday. A call for 'boots on the corner' went out and was answered by dedicated FReepers. They came from all over the East Coast. They took time out from their vacation to attend. 10 FReepers gathered this week in Olney. There were three regulars, Lurker Bill...

BillF and PleaDeal were off last Friday so it has fallen to me to write the weekly report from Walter Reed. I'm not as technically proficient as they are so y'all get a break from the "heavy graphics."Honor Roll for Week 57: Justanobody; mr. and mrs. trooprally; tgslTakoma; cindy_true_supporter; Albion Wilde; BufordP; Jimmy Valentine's brother; Fraxinus; lurker Bill; mama taco; Danang68 and kristinn. Our numbers have slacked off over the past few months. I suppose folks don't see the need to come out to Walter Reed on Friday nights now that Code Pink has been moved off the corner at the...

They call themselves peaceful, saying they abhor violence and war. They gatecrash and disrupt hearings, fundraisers and other events, shouting that it is their constitutional right to do so; but woe unto those who dare to speak out against them.Code Pink and its leaders are violent. They physically attack counter-demonstrators, they destroy other people's property. Code Pink's leaders Medea Benjamin, Gael Murphy and Allison Yorra all participated in the violence on this day. Here is just a small part of the video we shot of their "peace demonstration" on May 18, 2006 at the home of U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald...

The three day Olney Days Festival was held this weekend in Olney. One Festival event was the "Mr. & Ms. Olney Contest". [Mrs] T thought that it would be nice if FRee Republic had its own contest. So the "Mr. & Ms. Idiot Contest" was born. Please give your votes in a post. If I'm not beat to the punch by some smart a## FReeper, :-)) , I'll give the results in next week's Thread. (Pics by [Mrs] T and banner photoshopped by iMacMan). So without further ado, Drum Roll Please - Drum Roll * Drum Roll * Drum Roll...

Honor Roll for today: Mr. and Mrs. Trooprally, Cindy_True_Supporter, tgslTakoma, daughterofTgsl and kristinn.Code Pink, Cindy Sheehan, CIA turncoat Ray McGovern and approximately several dozen barking moonbats marched from the White House to the home of Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld in Northwest Washington, D.C. this afternoon.Lying in wait for them were six members of the D.C. Chapter of Free Republic determined to stand up for Secretary Rumsfeld and for America. It was not a fair fight. Pinko egos were left splattered on the pavement after two hours of battle. It was a nice Spring afternoon, with a shower early...

Pennsylvania Democrat John 'cut and run' Murtha, the Congressman from Al-Qaeda, has once again opened his mouth and stirred a little controversy. He is accusing the United States Marines of killing Iraqi civilians...on purpose, in cold blood. This time he is referring to a March incident that was reported in Time magazine and one that the military is investigating. The story goes that 15 Marines walked right into a civilian house throwing grenades and shooting...killing 15 Iraqis, including women and children. That's right...the U.S. Marines go around killing innocent people for no reason. That must be some military we have!...

It was a "Most Excellent" FReep today, except for the wind (gusts 20+ MPH) that picked up an hour before and stopped about two hours afterwards. There were 6 FReepers in attendance. They were the regulars Cindy_True_Supporter, Lurker Bill, [Mrs] Trooprally and myself, with iMacMan stopping by between boat excursions on the Chesapeake Bay and first timer Fraxinus. Pics are by [Mrs] T and by iMacMan (iMM). The moonbats had 11 for a while with 10 staying for the duration. They must be reading our reports because they now show up and stay the same time we do. Meet the people behind so many of the weekly Hate America rallies, including the recent illegal aliens rallies and the May Day boycott:May 1 Boycott & LA Marches for Immigrant RightsNo Work! No School! Take To the Streets! On May 1, stand up for immigrant rights. Join immigrants and supporters to make May 1 a national “day without an immigrant.” We will settle for nothing less than full amnesty and legalization for the millions of undocumented workers presently in the United States. Let’s show the government, corporations and politicians that a powerful, united peoples’ movement has the power to win Civil Rights,...

Radical organizations, including active communist and revolutionary socialist organizations, were the driving force organizing the immigration boycott rally at Union Square in New York City on Monday. WND attended the event and took over 350 photographs documenting the effort by the radical political left to deliver an anti-American, anti-imperialist message under the guise of an "immigration rights" rally. The "Immigrant Boycott Day" was intentionally scheduled for May 1, worldwide known as the communist and socialist "May Day" holiday celebrating the struggle of "exploited workers" internationally. This scheduling decision was downplayed by the mainstream media. Documenting how carefully the radical political...
