OBB COUNTY, Ga. - A Cobb County woman was indicted Thursday for allegedly claiming to be a federal law enforcement agent to get a discount for her Chick-fil-A meal. The store is Dixie Gun and Pawn and the store owner’s name is Jimmy Groover. Action News 5 reports that Groover was wearing a handgun on his hip when the suspects entered the store. Cobb County police have arrested and charged a suspect in the fatal shooting of a college student following a road rage incident in Kennesaw early Friday morning. Police identified the suspect as Sparkles Lindsey, 22, of Austell. Cobb jail records, however, identify her as Lindsey Sparkles Lashayla. She has been charged with murder and aggravated assault and is being held in the Cobb jail. On July 1st a group of black gang members brutally attacked and beat a random white pedestrian in Cobb County, Georgia. He was then knocked onto the road where he was hit by oncoming traffic. The suspects accused of raping and molesting a 13-year-old mentally disabled girl videotaped part of the crime, authorities said. A Kennesaw State University part-time instructor was arrested for allegedly exposing himself to students in a classroom. Raymond Devaughn Taylor, 57, is accused of taking off his clothes during a class he was teaching, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the AJC. The incident occurred on Nov. 30 between 4:35 and 4:45 p.m., the university police department states in the warrant.
