A Cobb County police lieutenant has been moved to administrative duty after dash-cam footage appeared to show the officer telling a driver, “Remember, we only kill black people.”
Lieutenant Greg Abbot pulled over a driver for a DUI check. When he asked her to grab her cellphone, she told him she was nervous about moving her hands, because she had “just seen way too many videos,” reported Channel 2 Action News.
Abbot then responded, “But, you’re not black. Remember, we only shoot black people. We only kill black people, right? All the videos you’ve seen, have you seen the black people get killed?”

Never use humor or sarcasm around liberals... they just don’t get that it’s not literal.
Stupid comment and there goes his job. Actually cops kill more white people than they do blacks, but why let facts get in the way of good old race flaming by democraps?
He obviously left out the “/s”.
I figure he was being sarcastic, but that subject is way too loaded to make any public jokes about. To do so while wearing the uniform was poor judgement.
This happened over a year ago. The police chief is newly promoted since this June. So maybe this is how the new chief is making his mark. The police officer must have seen this coming.
It was bitter sarcasm against a stereotype.

If cops really wanted black people killed, they would stand back and let them kill each other. Won’t even respond to 911 calls. Transfer to suburban and rural communities.
Isn’t that how Chicago handles it????

You have to be a fool to make such a comment while on the job and in uniform. Especially in the current environment, the left is waiting to latch on to something like this to stoke up their divisive rhetoric to further their political agenda.
It’s tough out there
The people that need to be on adminstrative leave are those that can read what he actually said and not realize it was good humored satire...or worse realize it is but still go along with punishing the him for fear of offending idiots.
Yes the subject is loaded. And it will remain loaded as long as good people are more afraid of offending morons than of letting bigotry spread.
