Apparently, all children of the world should be allowed to roam the country freely. Laura Bush wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post of all places against President Trump on Sunday. She was silent during the Obama years. “I live in a border state. I appreciate the need to enforce and protect our international boundaries, but this zero-tolerance policy is cruel,” Bush wrote. “It is immoral. And it breaks my heart.” She continued on by comparing the separated children’s “shelter” to World War II Japanese internment camps.

It’s—almost—enough to make you miss Chris Cuomo . . . Sounding like a Dem attack ad, new CNN co-host John Berman, speaking of the separation of the children of illegal immigrants, opened New Day this morning by repeating four times in 56 seconds: “the White House chose this.” Berman instructed his viewers that those are “five words you have to remember.” For good measure, he accused President Trump of a “ruse,” adding “the President has lied about this.”Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Korea, the long-forgotten war fought by a long-forgotten generation, is, thanks to President Donald Trump, finally back on the front burner. This came about due to Trump’s extraordinary summit Monday with Kim Jong Un. As part of the denuclearization deal, the North Korean leader committed to the recovery and repatriation of the remains of some 6,000 U.S. soldiers killed in North Korea.

No wonder the public image of Special Counsel Robert Mueller has hit an all-time low. People have noticed that after a year of intense investigation and indictments unrelated to his mission, Mueller has found no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion. And it isn't only supporters of President Donald Trump who have noticed this lack of collusion evidence. A leaked draft of House Speaker Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) amnesty deal confirms Breitbart News’s previous reports detailing how the legislation would not reduce legal immigration levels to the United States, as President Trump and likely voters have demanded. In a draft of Ryan’s amnesty deal, obtained by Breitbart News, for potentially millions of illegal aliens who qualify for the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, current levels of legal immigration at which the U.S. admits more than one million immigrants a year would continue.

Special counsel Robert Mueller on Wednesday filed a request for 150 blank subpoenas in the Eastern District of Virginia, where former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort lives. The two-page filing reveals little, but says that that each subpoena recipient must appear in the Alexandria, Va., courthouse on July 25 to testify in the case.

Whatever teen anti-gun celebrity David Hogg learned in high school, it apparently wasn’t the English language.
