Special counsel Robert Mueller on Wednesday filed a request for 150 blank subpoenas in the Eastern District of Virginia, where former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort lives.
The two-page filing reveals little, but says that that each subpoena recipient must appear in the Alexandria, Va., courthouse on July 25 to testify in the case.

The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides that “[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
If I was Judge I would fine him in CONTEMPT and Remand him for 30 days
Giuliani was just on with Laura Ingraham. He laughed it off. He said that asking for so many blank subpoenas at this late date is proof that Müller is scrambling and has nothing.
When will someone put an end to this farce? There still isn’t a demonstrated crime. Everything is designed to intimidate the people surrounding Trump to deprive him of staff and appointees. That’s it.
Mueller needs to be arrested.
So the judge’s observation that the inquiry has wandered out of bounds was ignored. Now we find out if the judge is made of real stuff.

The "perjury" stuff I am quite confident is mostly FBI using pressure tactics and searching for any contradiction in an interview, followed by threats and drummed up charges after looking through decades of a life to find some discrepancy. Mueller is even inventing new crimes by creative interpretation of statutes.
How is there a special prosecutor when there is no evidence of a crime?
