    SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Authorities have "all suspects" in custody after three people were killed and at least three more were injured after a shooting near Fredericksburg, Virginia, on Tuesday, according to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office (SCSO). Two 16-year-olds, one 17-year-old and an 18-year-old identified as Jeremiah Upson have been arrested and charged with "malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony unlawful assembly," according to an update by SCSO on Wednesday morning.
