Judicial Watch announced today that it has filed an Urgent Motion for Injunction with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to stop a race-based, state-sponsored, Hawaiians only election that violates the fundamental constitutional rights of American citizens (Keli’i Akina, et al. v. The State of Hawaii, et al. (No. 15-17134)). The motion asks that the Appeals Court enjoin the counting of ballots, now scheduled for November 30, until the resolution of a Judicial Watch appeal of an earlier district court ruling in the case (Keli’i Akina, et al. v. The State of Hawaii, et al. (No. 1:15-cv-00322))....

Almost 200 American troops were killed by Iranian supplied armor penetrating weapons during the Iraq war, according to declassified Pentagon data reportedly made public for the first time on Wednesday. “According to the [U.S.] Central Command, at least 196 U.S. service members were killed in Iraq by Iranian-made explosive-formed penetrators (EFPs) from 2003 to 2011,†Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said during a Senate Judiciary subcommittee hearing, citing the declassified portion of a report provided to his office. Cruz said that number was being made public for the first time. EFPs are a particularly effective type of improvised explosive device –...

TULSA — The Veterans Day parade in Tulsa is one of the largest in the country each year, but this year one float in particular is getting a lot of attention. The Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, applied for and was granted a spot in the 2015 parade. That doesn't sit well with some people, including Tulsan Larry Williamson. "The organization is anti-American," Williamson tells KRMG. "It's part of the Muslim Brotherhood, at least it's a member of the Muslim Brotherhood Palestine Committee. This is not according to me, it's according to the FBI." He said he doesn't object...

Everyone thinks the next Presidential debate hosted by Fox News Business Network would most likely be different from the CNBC debate. Emails released by the State Department on Friday show that Hillary Clintons longtime friend Sidney Blumenthal reached out to her on behalf of a former United Kingdom diplomat who was interested in setting up secret channels between insurgents and governments. Clinton was receptive to the idea which came via Blumenthal from Jonathan Powell, former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blairs chief of staff. (Quote) Hillary, Jonathan Powell has launched a new NGO that has already initiated some very interesting work below the radar, (Unquote) Blumenthal wrote in the March 18, 2012 email. (Quote)Sid We are trying to replicate what we did...

"A whiffer" – a batter who strikes out by swinging at and missing the third strike ! Almost everyone, except the political Mossad, have entirely missed the obvious set-up within the Colorado RNC/GOPe debate. They had a plan, they had a very good plan, this was their home-turf, this was their home audience – this was personal. The GM, Reince, had gone along with the family and developed a political strategy; a very political strategy. The umpires: John Harwood, Carl Quintanilla, were pre-selected, vetted, nudged, and the necessary game-saving political ball was resting easily upon the tee…. But Jeb whiffed...

Must Listen.. With control of the House and Senate did Majority Leader Mitch McConnell or House Speaker John Boehner use the same level of severity expressed by Harry Reid to put a repeal bill on the desk of Obama for veto? Simply, NO. Why not? If for nothing but to accept and follow the will of the people. Despite the probability of an Obama veto, this was not a matter of option. While the method might have been “symbolic”, due to the almost guaranteed veto, it would have stood as a promise fulfilled. We are not blind to the maneuverings...

Rep. Trey Gowdy told "On the Record" that he still doesn't know which aspect of the Benghazi attacks former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is taking responsibility for, after a marathon congressional hearing he led on Thursday. "The three things we think she ought to take responsibility for she's kind of pushed off onto other people," the South Carolina Republican said. "I'm going to let other people decide whether she was candid or not. She was certainly not cut off and she was certainly given every opportunity to answer the questions." "I thought the questions were new but the answers...

Congressman Paul Ryan has received enough support from the House Freedom Caucus to secure his nomination for Speaker of the House, and he may have gained some of the support from conservative efforts going on behind-the-scenes. The House Freedom Caucus, a small but fierce group of conservatives, succeeded in their efforts to oust John Boehner from Speaker of the House, but scrambled to find a nominee for Speaker that would satisfy their list of demands and rule changes to the Republican Conference. The group initially endorsed Florida Representative Daniel Webster; however, a closed-door meeting pushed them into supporting Congressman Paul...

In honor of United Nations Day and the 70th anniversary of the UN's founding, more than 200 iconic monuments and buildings around the world will be lit up in the color “UN blue,” the controversial global organization announced this week. Among the famous sites set to turn blue on October 24 to honor the UN are Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, the Empire State Building in New York, the Great Pyramids at Giza in Egypt, Sydney's Opera House, Westminster Hall in the United Kingdom, the Great Wall of China, and hundreds of other globally recognized landmarks across more...

The Obama administration is about to power up a massive new executive action on immigration and it’s far scarier than anyone could have imagined. Last November, when Homeland Security released its ten memos commandeering immigration policy from Congress, Secretary Johnson included a vague plan aimed at benefiting the tech industry, innocuously titled “Modernizing the Employment-Based Immigrant Visa System.” But a secret memo recently leaked on an immigration law blog now reveals that this ‘modernization’ plan will not only fast-track hundreds of thousands of work permits to employment visa-applicants in violation of longstanding U.S. worker protection laws, but will enable hundreds...

A recent caller to Rush Limbaugh’s radio show highlights the size and scope of Donald Trump’s supportive base: CALLER: I just wanted to let you know, I wanted to talk about the Trumpster. I think he’s tapped into some of the Democratic voters because I’m a Teamster back here, and I was working with 30 Teamsters last night. We put shows in conventions and load trucks up, and these guys, now, mind you, only three of the 30 of us are Republicans, one’s a Libertarian, and the rest voted for Obama. And these guys love the Trumpster, they love him....

Obama’s new “Strong Cities Network,” announced with little fanfare last week at the United Nations, appears to be another effort to strip authority from local police departments and to demonize conservative Christians, say advocates of civil and religious liberties. The stated goal of the program is to connect local police departments with their peers around the world in an effort to combat “violent extremism,” .... -- “There was no national media coverage whatsoever of the Strong Cities Network; it was completely buried,” McGuire said. “So the question is, why? This is massive because it’s such a contradiction to the Constitution,...

Watch investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson’s debut of her new show—Full Measure. (Hat tip: Joanne). This is the “tease” for the show. You will have to click here to watch the whole episode. Immigration took center stage in the show’s debut. Host Attkisson explored why Lewiston, Maine has become an unlikely refuge for Somali asylum-seekers, “Full Measure” correspondent Scott Thuman examined life in European refugee camps, and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump explained why he wouldn’t welcome any Syrian refugees to America. In the program, please note the discussion about refugees vs. asylum seekers. Remember the Somalis in the program were...

It may not have intended to, precisely, but the United Nations just took sides in the Internet’s most brutal culture war. On Thursday, the organization’s Broadband Commission for Digital Development released a damning “world-wide wake-up call” on what it calls “cyber VAWG,” or violence against women and girls. The report concludes that online harassment is “a problem of pandemic proportion” — which, nbd, we’ve all heard before. But the United Nations then goes on to propose radical, proactive policy changes for both governments and social networks, effectively projecting a whole new vision for how the Internet could work. Under U.S....

Too much is happening at once! It turns out that just as we were reporting that House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) was signing on to the Babin bill, he was introducing a bill of his own. Thanks to Suzanne for spotting this press release from Friday. It is too soon to know what this means, however, it appears to be headed for the House Judiciary Committee (Goodlatte and Gowdy). So far we have not heard a word from that committee since the “consultation” with Sec. of State Kerry was held about ten days ago on the President’s ambitious...

Tonight Megyn Kelly discussed with her panel the Muslim question Trump got during his townhall tonight. One of the panelists seemed to entertain the idea that Obama could be a Muslim…but Kelly shut her down saying emphatically Obama is NOT a Muslim, that we know that! Watch: Look, I’ve not hid the fact that I do believe Obama is a Muslim. The fact that he says he’s a Christian is phony boloney. And I don’t believe any of this because I don’t like him. I could go through a litany of reasons, whether it be his actions in the Middle...

If you just listened to the talking heads in the lamestream media this morning, you would think Trump was devastated last night in the second Republican debate. Not so fast. According to multiple polls this morning, Trump was the runaway winner once again last night and he had zinger after zinger for his esteemed opponents. Frankly, I expected last night to be a bloodbath with pit bulls trying to savage Trump at every turn. But it didn’t look that way to me. As much as the moderators would have liked for everyone to rip each other’s throats out, it was...
