SEGUIN - More than four years after her body was pulled from the Guadalupe River there are now two independent investigations looking into the death of 12-year-old Francesca Casseb. The results of one could soon be presented to a Guadalupe County grand jury. The other appears headed for a special state court of inquiry. No one has ever been charged with a crime in connection with the drowning, and in a review by the Texas Rangers, Sheriff Arnold Zwicke's original investigation was found "adequate" and the death called a "tragic accident." But not everyone agrees, and the new investigations seek...

With two kids, Ryan is a unit director with the Boys and Girls Club at the local middle school and Jenny works as an educational assistant at a nearby preschool. With a combined income of less than $40,000 year and $120,000 left on their mortgage, they live paycheck to paycheck and work hard to make ends meet, the Obama campaign said. The presumptive Democratic nominee will go in armed with...

Looking for advice...Those of us in Texas have no experience in Rioting. There is a really good chance that the Mavs will finish off the Heat tomorrow night and I'm really worried that us Texans will just look foolish trying to Riot with no experience at it. I'm afraid it will be embarrassing, most of us will try to buy Flat Screens, storm a Wal-Mart with coupons, pick up trash instead of dumping it on the streets, and the minute the cops tell us to disperse we're all going to do it...It will just be silly, if we start any...
