Not all seizures are unreasonable. Develop Probable Cause , get it approved by management and a DA or Assistant US Attorney. Then seize. I always knew when I appropriately seized Drug Money. The next day I would get a call from an attorney, almost apologising for taking the case. His job was to appeal the matter tying up counsel to make it administratively impossible for our attorneys to do other work. Case closed.

I am not a Lawyer but perhaps you can sue the
governor and prior school under the Americans with Disabilities Act? If no one can advise you on this board, call a free consultation lawyer. Many like to file suit and wait till docket number comes up. They usually settle because they don’t like to go to trial. JMO.
They aren't called FamousButIncompetent for nothing. It took whem more than 4 years to find their way out ofthe building. I beleive they MUST come out of DOJ, have an effective IG AND be subject to review and investigation by at least two outside Agencies or this WILL happen again.

Californians (Commiefornia) should leave their schools closed. They teach foreigners (sometimes called illegal aliens) and “Dumb Down” those with a brain. I do not want my tax money wasted on that Leftist State. JMO.
