If one wanted to conquer a people , how might it be done? One scenario might be to separate the people in question into two groups .Group 1-The Moderates .Group 2-Everyone who does not accept the moderate label .If the non-moderate influences were taken out of the equation , the nature of negotiations would surely be different .In this example the questions become : 1-Can group 2[above]remain relevant ? 2-Will it remain relevant ?
