Message from my US Congressman for Mohave County, AZ Do you recall, Obama said that he would not take our guns? Well, it seems as though he is upholding his word by simply pushing for legislation to heavily regulate ammunition. The bill that is being presented in 18 states (including Illinois and Indiana) requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacture, and a data base kept of all ammunition sales. With the coding and database in place the government will know just how much ammo you do buy and what calibers. Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed...

CHICAGO — The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case embraced by some opponents of Obama's election. The meeting of justices will coincide with a vigil by the filer's supporters in Washington on the steps of the nation's highest court. The suit originally sought to stay the election, and was filed on behalf of Leo Donofrio against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells.

Mark Davis opened up discussion for Obama's vaulted birth certificate. He said it was all up to the courts, but he doubted it would go anywhere.
