I am asking for prayers from my Freeper family. My mother has been (unsuccessfully) battling a decades-old addiction to alcohol. Tuesday night she went to the hospital with a blood alcohol of 3.8. I attended the annual Conemaugh Valley Friends of the NRA banquet in Johnstown. This fundraiser supports local youth hunting and shooting programs. This year, the event was very interesting. I am here to ask for prayers for my son, Michael. He is 20 years old. He was on his way back to school at Job Corps in Kentucky. When he left, we thought he was having an asthma attack. I thought it was just nerves causing it. During his flight to Nashville, he had such a hard time breathing, the flight attendants gave him oxygen. They almost turned the plane around.
