It’s a confirmation of reports in June that ISIS had taken control of a site where some of Saddam’s WMD arsenal remained. Iraq has informed the United Nations that the Islamic State extremist group has taken control of a vast former chemical weapons facility northwest of Baghdad where 2,500 chemical rockets filled with the deadly nerve agent sarin or their remnants were stored along with other chemical warfare agents. Iraq’s U.N. Ambassador Mohamed Ali Alhakim said in a letter to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon circulated Tuesday that “terrorist” groups entered the Muthanna site June 11 and seized weapons and equipment...

As we near the 238th anniversary of U.S. independence, many Americans are wondering if we are indeed an independent nation with sovereign borders, given that tens of thousands of unaccompanied children are streaming across the southern border. Have we become strangers in our own land? On Tuesday, two very disturbing stories concerning our border crisis surfaced in the news. These stories should put goose bumps on all Americans. Fox News’ Todd Starnes broke the news Tuesday that a private security force contracted by the government had threatened doctors working at a refugee camp to keep them from disclosing information about...

Ken Cuccinelli, former Virginia attorney general, said states along the Southern border not only have the legal right to secure their properties by dispatching the National Guard — but they pretty much also have a constitutionally based responsibility. “When [illegals are] coming across your border, Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution [gives border states the right to] deal with this themselves,” he said during an interview on “The Laura Ingraham Show,” Breitbart reported. Mr. Cuccinelli advised, too, that states could task their law enforcement to the borders, too. He also said the federal government couldn’t really prevent states from...

Fox 11 News reporter Gigi Graciette tweeted earlier on Tuesday that sources are telling her that three individuals ,attempting to enter California through Mexico illegally, are on the terrorist watch list. Breitbart News previously reported that government sources are saying that an uptick in border crossers from countries with terrorist ties has happened since a surge of illegal immigrants from Central America have been entering the United States in the past few weeks.

According to the work of Charles C. Johnson and Joel S. Gilbert, what we thought was just a racist campaign to get people out to vote in the Cochran vs McDaniel Mississippi Senate race was the tip of the iceberg. It now appears to be a vote buying scandal right out of the office of Thad Cochran himself: Reverend Stevie Fielder, associate pastor at historic First Union Missionary Baptist Church and former official at Meridian’s redevelopment agency, says he delivered “hundreds or even thousands,” of blacks to the polls after being offered money and being assured by a Cochran campaign...

June 24, 2014 BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Let me get to this Southern border business. I want to share with you some of the details from our Morning Update today, for those of you who didn't hear it. Six months ago the Regime began planning. Six months ago now, folks. We've been speculating. We've been asking ourselves very logical questions. We've got 40,000/50,000 whatever it is, the number of unaccompanied children from El Salvador, Guatemala, Central American countries. They're not close. They're having to take trains. America should launch "targeted" military attacks against an emerging "terrorist army" in Iraq if it jeopardises the security of the West, the former head of Coalition forces in the country said last night. In an exclusive interview with The Daily Telegraph, David Petraeus, one of the most senior figures in the American military over the past decade, said that he would now support limited strikes against the leadership of Isis. Gen Petraeus's intervention came as Barack Obama, the US President, announced that America was sending 300 special forces advisers to Iraq to help support the fight against Isis. Mr Obama...

SANFORD – A judge this morning threw out part of George Zimmerman's libel suit against NBC Universal and held out the prospect that she may throw out the whole thing. Circuit Judge Debra S. Nelson tossed the allegations related to one of five broadcasts and said she needs to do more homework before deciding about the others. Zimmerman is suing the media company, alleging that it falsely portrayed him as a racist.

In a defiant statement issued Wednesday, the Washington Redskins said the team would appeal the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's decision to revoke the trademark to the team's name and logo on the grounds that they are offensive to Native Americans. The professional football team added that in the meantime, the ruling would have "no effect at all" on its trademark rights while the case is on appeal. The press release even put that in boldface and underlined it. "We are confident we will prevail once again, and that the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s divided ruling will be overturned...

APOPKA, Fla. — Officials at Apopka’s Hope Community Center said they’ve received an influx of children who have entered the country illegally. More than 40 children have arrived so far and Sister Ann Kendrick said she expects more in the coming weeks. President Obama’s administration called the recent flood of nearly 50,000 unaccompanied children crossing the southern United States border a humanitarian crisis. Kendrick agrees. “People are desperate,” she said. “The majority are 12, 13 years old.” Most of the children came from countries in Central America, where poverty and violence are rampant.
