As Commander in Chief, I am proud to join a grateful Nation in wishing the United States Air Force a happy 72nd birthday. Established after the conclusion of World War II and with the passing of the National Security Act of 1947, the United States Air Force is the world’s most dominant fighting force in air, space, and cyberspace. For more than seven decades, America’s airmen have been at the forefront of protecting our citizens and helping the United States promote global peace and prosperity. In their endeavor to always Aim High, these patriots use unrivaled technology and ingenuity to...

I fully admit that in my previous lives as a campaign staffer, presidential campaign manager and Democrat Party official, my own lack of civility in the heat of battle has been on full display. And it wasn’t pretty. I should have been wise enough and humble enough to have listened to my mother, Jean, who so often would tell me, the third of nine children, to shut up and allow my siblings to speak, and to listen - really listen - to what they had to say. She knew I wasn’t listening so much as I was pausing before launching...

January 11, 2019 · 2:45 PM EST Updated: February 15, 2019 · 4:15 PM EST By Indra Ekmanis US President Donald Trump declared a national emergency over border wall funding Friday, Feb. 15, making this the country's 32nd on-going state of emergency. The same day, Trump also signed a hard-negotiated bipartisan Congressional spending bill, which many hoped would mitigate an emergency declaration. But the bill falls $6.5 billion short of what the president wanted for a wall on the US-Mexico border. Declaring a national emergency to appropriate funds for a border wall has been one of the few ways out...

The NSA has reportedly set up shop in AT&T buildings across the US for at least the past several years. The Intercept says it's identified eight AT&T facilities that are used for the National Security Agency's surveillance initiative. They are reportedly linked to a program called "Fairview," started in 1985, and AT&T is the only company involved with it. The facilities are spread out in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, DC, according to the report. Last year, The Intercept reported on a likely NSA surveillance site in New York. Monday's report is...

Are there enough similarities in these two politically-infused murders to help solve both cold cases? A little background on Seth Rich. A little background on Donald Young.

Hillary and the DNC are late in their celebration of Festivus - at least the part about the airing of grievances. The airing of grievances are manifest in the recent "Kitchen Sink" lawsuit against any and all perceived reasons Hillary lost, except of course to the weak, weakened, and un-electable candidate selected by the DNC. The more recent excuse should trigger a class action suit against all MEN since it was men, according to Hillary, who followed their spouses, sisters, daughters, and female co-workers into the voting booth and forced them to vote for Trump. When will THAT be filed?

Will Trump negotiate a summit in Chicago with Mayor 'Tiny-Dancer-Rahmfather-9-and-a-Half' Rahm Emanuel? It may require a higher degree of negotiation and diplomacy than his upcoming meeting with Little Rocketman. Trump only visited the suburbs on his aggressive campaign trail. The shadowy threats of assured violence may have been successful due to the efforts of Rahm and 'Creamy Bob' Creamer. Opportunities abound. They could talk about community organizing and REALLY putting people back to work in the steel mills, talk about ATF and DEA helping with the dual and cross-over problem of guns and drugs in Chicago. Add ICE to the...

Hillary Clinton reportedly helped protect a senior adviser to her 2008 presidential campaign after accusations that he repeatedly sexually harassed a young subordinate. The New York Times reported Friday on the incident, revealing how Clinton allegedly intervened to help keep the adviser, Burns Strider, on board. According to the Times, the complaint was made by a 30-year-old Clinton staffer who shared an office with Strider. She reportedly told a campaign official that Strider had rubbed her shoulders inappropriately, kissed her on the forehead and sent suggestive emails. Clinton’s 2008 campaign manager, Patti Solis Doyle, reportedly recommended Clinton fire him. But...

At the Davos photo-op with Netanyahu and Trump, I noticed Trump wearing a blue tie (same color normally worn by Bibi) and Netanyahu wearing a classic Trump red tie. Happy coincidences or planned media tweaks? Funny stuff!

Aug. 4, 2018, will be the first time that Illinois will commemorate the date as Barack Obama Day. Illinois’ General Assembly passed a law that would give Obama an official designation on his birthday. The supporters in Springfield originally wanted to make the day an official state holiday in which all non-vital state services would close. This drew opposition from lawmakers such as state Rep. Mark Batinick, R-Plainfield, who thinks the state couldn’t afford to give state workers yet another paid holiday.

So who was his secret "Prairie Home Companion"? Lake Wobegon is a quintessentially Minnesota small town characterized by the narrator as "... where all the women are strong (they need to be to fend off gropers), all the men are good-looking (oooh....was he hitting on men, too?), and all the children are above average (....and I truly hope protected from predators)."

The Illinois Capitol reopened Thursday after being on lockdown for about two hours after a woman allegedly threw a powdery substance in the governor's office. A hazardous materials unit was called in and Springfield fire officials said the substance was found to be not hazardous, although what it was remained unclear.

Before the Obama Taqiyya Library (Lie-Berry) is built and populated with empty or sealed records, who will act as a real investigative reporter who will unveil the past fraudulent 8 years? Some areas that should be explored: * When did he have his name changed from from some birth name, to Soetoro, then back to Obama? * When will his college records be unsealed? * Under what name did he register for college? Was he listed as a foreign student? * What name was used on his passport when traveling to the Middle East in his college years? * How...

Two stories that require legs, attention, and embedded into Trump's stump speeches. 1) Did Chaffetz really file a referral to FBI Director Comey to investigate the blatant lying by Hillary Clinton at the House hearings? When will we see pressure mounting for this? Can every Trump spokesperson bring this up with every interview? Hillary is a felon. 2) What is the status of the class action suit, injunctions, and immediate injunctive relief for voter fraud engineered by Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the DNC office? Can every Trump spokesperson bring this up with every interview? Hillary is a felon. Lying to...
