The gist of the Congressional inquiry into the role NSA may have played in manipulating the U.S. civilian government technical standards development and approval process is not the first time the legislative branch of government has smelled a rat when it comes to NSA inserting “Trojan horses” into standards developed for civilian government and commercial use. In the case of Dual_EC_DRBG, NSA’s zeal in providing itself with a hidden back door to spy on targeted computers and networks relying on the NIST standard may have boomeranged. Back doors of any nature in information technology products is a hack waiting to...

America Ruled by Fraud - Day 6 As proofs of massive, ubiquitous, systemic election fraud continue to mount, following the absurdity of Congress pretending to legitimacy in a sham process, wrongly pretending an inability to act rightly, Congress truly refusing to do anything other than accept the known to be fraudulent products of obviously fraudulent elections, leaves the country, and the world, holding its breath. The most obvious evidence, of course... is the most obvious... yet never mentioned. Free and fair elections, to exist, require we have freedom of the press, and freedom of speech. Today, we have neither. The...

Do you know how many of the people arrested in connection with the Capitol invasion were active users of Parler? Zero. The planning was largely done on Facebook. This is all a bullshit pretext for silencing competitors on ideological grounds: just the start.

Should anyone be surprised ? Democrats Can’t Take Any Option Off the Table The tendency to pretend the old norms still prevail is part of what’s gotten the nation to this awful crisis. https://www.thenation.com/article/politics/biden-feinstein-filibuster/ The party of win-at-all-costs... trying to win at all costs... while declaring "old norms" (the Constitution) don't matter any more.

More than 150 employees at a Costco in the state of Washington that tested positive for COVID-19 have returned to work following a mandatory quarantine period, FOX Business has confirmed. As of Tuesday, 173 employees at the Union Gap warehouse in Yakima County have been infected with the virus and were forced to quarantine, the Yakima Health District and the store's general manager, Keri Luft, said. Last month, the Yakima Health District announced it was working with the wholesale club to investigate the outbreak after at least 68 employees tested positive right before Christmas. The health department said the "sharp...

We See the Truth: Trump Has Not Done Enough Damage. Now exposed criminally corrupt liar, Lisa Murkowski says: "He has caused enough damage." But, SHOCKINGLY, she's exposed herself as working to prevent public exposure and fully proper acknowledgement of SYSTEMIC ELECTION FRAUD that SHE KNOWS EXISTS and of which we ALREADY SEE THE PROOFS. Instead of doing the right thing, she's voted to ensure that SYSTEMIC ELECTION FRAUD fully succeeds in working its corruption... while assuming we will PRETEND to not see it, as she is pretending, just expecting we will not see it, as long as SHE PRETENDS to...

Literary survival in an age of tyranny: The F word vs. the law, and legitimacy An often repeated quote, almost always mis-attributed to Voltaire, makes an interesting study of itself, in usually being presented as: "Voltaire once wrote: “To find out who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.” Who in American politics are people not allowed to criticize?" https://www.quora.com/Voltaire-once-wrote-%E2%80%9CTo-find-out-who-rules-over-you-simply-find-out-who-you-are-not-allowed-to-criticize-%E2%80%9D-Who-in-American-politics-are-people-not-allowed-to-criticize Legitimizing the quote has required its re-attribution to avoid mentioning, much less wallowing into what it was that drove the real author to think as he did. In current context, that history only amplifies...

When "because of Covid" Pelosi cleared the floor of Congressmen and Senators, requiring only 11 could be present to participate in the process... and then handed the gavel to Pence... ONE Congressman stood up to object... to the illegal process undertaken by Pelosi and Pence in the Joint Session... and the lack of a quorum. Pence ignored him... and proceeded without a quorum. Who was that guy ?

Protestors have forced their way into the Gallery.

In his first act, it appears Pence submitted to Pelosi's direction to remove Representatives and Senators from the floor, where they might participate, to the gallery, where they cannot. The process enabled is thus is being conducted without a quorum present... and with the majority of Representatives and Senators denied the ability to participate. They are not present, because they have been excluded from any ability even to raise procedural issues. Scripted for purpose, certainly... but outside the law and the Constitution, denying participation, silencing the voices not just of the Representatives, but of those they represent. Whatever result they...

HARRISBURG — The new session of the Pennsylvania Senate got off to a chaotic start Tuesday, with Republicans refusing to seat a Democratic senator whose election victory has been certified by state officials. Amid high emotions and partisan finger-pointing, Republicans also took the rare step of removing the Democratic lieutenant governor, John Fetterman, from presiding over the session. They apparently did so because they did not believe Fetterman was following the rules and recognizing their legislative motions. Democrats, in turn, responded by refusing to back Sen. Jake Corman (R., Centre) from assuming the chamber’s top leadership position — an unusual...

Op-Ed: On January 6, a joint session of Congress will open with Vice President Pence presiding as president of the Senate. His power will be plenary and unappealable. You heard that right. As president of the Senate, every objection comes directly to him, and he can rule any objection “out of order” or “denied.” His task will be to fulfill his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and to ensure that the laws be faithfully executed. This is a high standard of performance, and V.P. Pence will have two choices. He can roll...

Congress cannot change powers expressly stated in the Constitution based on a voice vote... I note, today, the sudden end of that effort trying to convince us that the Vice President, the sole authority empowered under the Constitution to conduct the election on January 6th, really has no such power. The ruse intends: as his role is purely ceremonial, he has no ability to prevent frauds being practiced in our elections. Having failed in that effort... Today, instead, I hear the Congress has voted to pass new "rules" for the conduct of the election on January 6th, which rules are...

October 2010 marked the 24th anniversary of Justice Antonin Scalia's appointment to the US Supreme Court. Well known for his sharp wit as well as his originalist approach to the Constitution, Justice Scalia consistently asks more questions during oral arguments and makes more comments than any other Supreme Court justice. And, according to one study, he also gets the most laughs from those who come to watch these arguments. In September 2010, Justice Scalia spoke with UC Hastings law professor Calvin Massey. You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for. So, we need to foster incivility, and come up with ways new ways to threaten our opponents... while we illegally change the rules to make sure our plans to cheat can succeed "legally" when our corrupt partisan judges rule on it. Call the opposition "spineless" if they even think about resisting us. That always works. Spineless people always do exactly what you tell them to do when you call them that. Civility in America can begin again ONLY when "the ONE right political party"...
