When "because of Covid" Pelosi cleared the floor of Congressmen and Senators, requiring only 11 could be present to participate in the process... and then handed the gavel to Pence...
ONE Congressman stood up to object... to the illegal process undertaken by Pelosi and Pence in the Joint Session... and the lack of a quorum.
Pence ignored him... and proceeded without a quorum.
Who was that guy ?

The guy was simply trying to make a parliamentary inquiry. Pence ignored the question and said he’s not going to “debate”. Beyond not going out to dinner, without his wife, where women may be present... PENCE HAS PROVEN HIMSELF WORTHLESS, A COWARD AND COMPLICIT.

Note that after all the hand-wringing about protocol, and the need to follow the rules, precisely... making the Senate Parliamentarian suddenly important ?
What they did was ignore protocol entirely... along with the law and the Constitution... in a way that exceeds the Constitutional authority of the VP to Preside. He acts AS the legislative branch... in violation of the Article One powers, and his Article Two powers.
He may over-rule the Parliamentarian... but the choice to over-rule law that constrains behavior... makes the choices substantive in imposing an alternative.
Pence chose to silence legitimate dissent, obstruct legitimate process, and in consequence, end Democracy.
And since that was recognized, they send in Antifa to stop the process thus entrained before anyone could mention it, or try to stop it as a function within the divided houses.
