The guy was simply trying to make a parliamentary inquiry. Pence ignored the question and said he’s not going to “debate”. Beyond not going out to dinner, without his wife, where women may be present... PENCE HAS PROVEN HIMSELF WORTHLESS, A COWARD AND COMPLICIT.

So Pence went further than simply issuing a opinion that he did not have the authority to turn the challenged state electors back to the states, he agreed to a process that only allowed 11 members to participate in the debate and then ignored a member who raised a point of order and then ignored him again when he suggested a lack of a quorum. The fix was clearly in in an agreement between Pence and Pelosi. No wonder Trump is pissed.
