My son is thinking of selling his house as it is full of memories of his late wife, thinking of getting a little land since he has so many animals. I told him to keep his RV to park there so me and my cat can stay in it for some weeks to escape next winter.
Hi! Weather here is depressing too.
When I was little my dad bartender at a restaurant that made clam chowder everyday. Many nights he would bring home chowder they didn’t sell. I got so tired of it, my mother thought it was great. Then I got stys on my eyes and I was convinced the clam chowder caused it. After awhile I refused to eat anymore.
When I was much older, someone convinced me to try a bite of chowder in sourdough bowl at Fishermans Warf. That one bite brought back bad memories. Never again.
He’s right, that’s not an economic problem it’s a national security problem. I remember during covid hearing people couldn’t even get OTC children’s meds.
And I remember no cat food.
