Otherwise known as inflation. Runaway inflation on the order of 100 percent per year since 2020. Basket of goods from Walmart that cost $122 in 2022 cost over $400 in 2024.
Best measure of real inflation I’ve seen so far. Perfect, actually. Random guy buys a month’s worth of the same groceries month after month through the pandemic.
He was curious on what that basket would cost in 2024, and it was over $400.
Repealing Roe was just constitutionally necessary. Even Ginsberg said it was a bad law for that reason.
Let the states make whatever laws they need to. What is hard for me to comprehend is how the left knows that women are one issue voters: Can I kill my child at will as long is it is north of the labia?
To me, that is the real measure of how far gone we are as a country. We will never get 51% percent of the population back to some semblance of accountable.
Amen, build nukes. This is madness. Unless the whole thing is made of something that is non-ferrous and tougher than steel, then this thing may last ten years before it craps out. Removal cost will be huge, unless they plan on turning it into a reef.
Thorium based nuclear would be ideal. Hafnium Isomer nuclear even better, though with Hafnium, the impulse to make bombs and bullets out of it would be incredibly tempting.
1. Kamala is shown the door.
2. Someone electable is nominated for VP.
3. At some point, Joe succumbs to COVID, or fill in your excuse here _____________.
4. The new VP becomes the new D nominee for President, and the wishes of the people are ‘honored’. No open convention.
5. Somehow they square it with Kamala, whatever bizarre form that takes.
It will happen very soon, get people used to it, and offering something tacit, which is “Yeah, Joe is whack, but the VP is electable (probably Big Mike).”
A vote for Joe is a vote for BM, something along those lines.
