Powerful: Democrat Moved to Tears By Speakers at RNC “It’s Just So Beautiful”
Gateway Pundit ^ | July 16, 2024 | Margaret Flavin

As the country continues to reel from the failed assassination attempt on President Donald Trump, more and more Americans are waking up to the lies they have been told by Democrats that have been amplified by their willing accomplices in the media. A Democrat voter took to social media to share how watching the speakers at the RNC, something she has never done before, caused a seismic shift in her and the beauty of the love for America and the diversity she is seeing, and the reality that she has been lied to about the MAGA movement brought her to tears.

She shared:

“I’ve been a Democrat for nearly 50 years. Why am I crying over the Republican National Convention?— I think I’m crying because it’s cognitive dissidents. Like what is going on, I’ve been told my whole life, Republicans are just all, you know, white and racist men and all of this. I don’t think I’ve probably ever watched a Republican National Convention.”

I remember when Obama gave his first speech that put him in the public view. Some dem convention I think. He talked about us not being black and white but being Americans. It was very moving. And then I realized he didn’t mean a word of what he was saying; it was all just saying what people wanted to hear, because democrats ALWAYS pit white against black.

I think the power of what’s happening now is that these things are not being said by politicians but by regular people. And the politicians are letting them speak for themselves.

I think that’s how we get past the cynicism. And we desperately need that.

I have been watching the RNC convention in the evenings. The best speeches are not from the politicians, CEO's e.t.c. The best and most effective speeches are from ordinary Americans (including Amber Rose even though she is a celebrity).

Sarah Workman, Amber Rose, the mother from CA who lost her son to fentanyl poisoning, the brother who lost his sister to murder by an illegal, the NY city mother whose son was murdered and the killers got off with a slap on the wrist with help from Alvin Bragg.

These are the speeches that camp from the heart. Not practiced talking points from politicians.

I think both terms are appropriate, which is a sign of where we are today.

I like the new term. I am a cognitive dissident.

“I’ve been a Democrat for nearly 50 years."

You don’t know unless you go see for yourself and stop listening to what people tell you.

So, she's thinking about possibly thinking for herself in the future? I guess if she comes around, maybe you CAN fix stupid after all.

I think many Americans are just tired of hearing their country being put down and having hateful things said about it from other Americans namely Democrats. I hope this is the beginning of a true awakening in this country. The Democrat Party I once belonged to is so radicalized today that there is a true absence of patriotism and common sense among many in its ranks. People get tired of hearing what’s bad in America, and I do believe a growing number of our countrymen are connecting the dots and realizing it’s the Democrats who are responsible for much of the mess we are dealing with now.

After seeing God save Donald Trump’s life and hearing what you’re saying about the love present at the convention, I can’t help but think that God is at work. Only He can save us, individually and as a people.

Last night I watched Tucker Carlson interview John Rich. They were talking about his new song “Revelation”. A lot of Scripture brought into the discussion, and Tucker was asking such good questions and was so open about not knowing these things but wanting to know more. It was really beautiful. It’s been really fun watching people like Tucker, Lara Logan, Joe Rogan, Alex Jones, etc all talking about God stuff.

One of the Scriptures John Rich talked about was the one where God says that if HIS PEOPLE repent, seek His face, and pray, He will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. Rich’s point was the same one that has hit me like a ton of bricks this past year: it is not the heathens who need to change and bring healing. It is God’s people who need to humble themselves, repent, seek God’s face, and pray. And when we do that God will intervene.

I think that’s what we’re seeing. An how Scriptural it is, that an event that the Deep State meant for harm to Trump and his supporters - an assassination - was turned aside very obviously by God alone in full view of everyone and is the beginning of a beautiful work that God is doing.

I found it totally nausiating that Scripps coverage and NBC network coverage was DENYING viewers the ability to HEAR the RNC speakers. Nothing butu paid talking heads on the networks.

I have no cable and this was off the air signals in Tampa.

For 10 minutes Scripps had Sarah on and NEVER ONCE showed a title. Wife and I couldn’t figure out who she was until after her segment was over.

It is rare to see the convention audience riled up with a lot of the other more experienced speakers. Ms. Brame actually got the entire audience riled up.

The other speaker who got the entire audience very involved was the mother ( I forget her name - I think her last name is Fund), who lost her son to Fentanyl poisoning. When she broke down in tears, the audience wept with her. I think millions of people watching on TV wept with her, especially mothers.

Honestly, I think it really, really helps that Ronna McDaniel is gone. And think of people like Michael Steele before her. The RNC was in a very bad way. Hats off to Luara Trump and Michael Whatley. I think they us on the right track.

cognitive dissonance is a hard wired gene defect inherent in some people and makes them democrats.

People like Ronna and Steele really messed up the RNC I think, with their do-nothing leadership. By extension they messed up the Republican segment in Congress, and many elections around the country.
