I recently came across an 1840 $2 bank note issued by Bank of Bennington (Vermont) in the papers of a retired West Coast university president. I'm wondering if it has extraordinary value.

Now the other Neighborhood Council are dropping out...yet our uncertified Neighborhood Council battles on and so we go to court ... I guess the courts need $140 to file. Any thoughts?
