When they say it’s “unsigned”, that likely means it was decided by a single justice, to send it back to the 9th Circus to re-examine based on the NYC decision
According to Congress.gov, the last activity on S.386 was on July 9, 2019, when it was referred to the Judiciary Committee. What it Breitbart reporting?

Does she also wish our infection and death rates looked like Italy’s? She should stick to things she knows about - which increasingly seems to be a very short list.
Great post!
Note that with the current trend to virtual doctor’s visits, you no longer need to be a resident of your doctor’s state, and you can and surely will soon see doctors in Florida offering to get HCQ prescriptions shipped to your door - as they do at present for a variety of off-label ED meds. Or so I am told... :-)
Numerous doctors here in Texas advocate for and openly prescribe the combination of HCQ/Azithromycin/zinc. See for example Dr. Brian Proctor of McKinney.
As stated elsewhere, I find two problems with this “survey:”
First it has a rather small sample size, resulting in a margin of error right around +/- 3.5%
Second, it admittedly oversamples hispanics, who prefer Biden by 9.5 percentage points.

There appear to be some real gems buried in this, but two thing are very notable:
1) the relatively small sample size of 846 voters, giving a margin of error of about +/- 3.5% for the OVERALL survery, and much much higher for the subgroups of latinos, blacks, men, women, etc. THis could explain the relatively low number of blacks saying they’d vote for Trump. The margin of error for that group could easily be +/- 6% or more.
2) it is stated that latinos were “oversampled,” meaning the Trump lead over Biden is likely much larger than the 5.4% shown for “very likely” voters.
Overall, this simply confirms what Mark Twain said about statistics...
